Celiac Family is an online support platform for families raising gluten-free children ages 0–10. It brings together meal planning, grocery lists, school and caregiver resources, birthday and travel checklists, educational lessons, and kid-friendly games in one place.
What can Celiac Family help me with day to day?
The platform offers weekly meal planning and grocery lists, school toolkits, a shareable Care Passport, birthday and travel checklists, restaurant guidance, and resources for coordinating with caregivers. Its lessons and activities also help children build confidence with gluten-free living.
Is Celiac Family suitable for toddlers and young children?
Yes. Celiac Family is designed for children ages 0–10, with age-appropriate support for starting solids, toddler meals, building confidence, and developing independence. Older children can practice skills such as reading labels and asking a grown-up for help.
What is the Caregiver Hand-Off Sheet, and is it free?
The Caregiver Hand-Off Sheet is a free, two-page PDF that parents can download to share practical guidance with a caregiver. It is a starting resource; the paid Care Passport offers a fuller profile that can be shared, copied, downloaded, or printed for audiences such as schools, caregivers, travel, or parties.
What is included in the Care Passport?
The Care Passport can bring together parent-provided information such as foods to avoid, family-approved foods, parent or guardian details, and relevant guidance for a school, caregiver, trip, or party. The full share, editing, and printing features are part of Celiac Family+; saved Passports can still be viewed, downloaded, or printed if paid access ends.
How much does Celiac Family cost?
Celiac Family has a free plan with basic meals and a grocery list, the first two Academy lessons, a limited Kid Zone, and profiles for one family. Celiac Family+ costs $7.99 per month or $99.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase. The paid plan includes the full meal planner, all 14 Academy lessons, complete Kid Zone, Care Passport features, and other tools.
Can I try Celiac Family before paying, and can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can start with the free plan, which includes the first two Academy lessons. The monthly Celiac Family+ plan can be canceled at any time, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and refunds are not offered.
